The person that gave me a quote after inspecting my home said he quoted a little higher to be on the safe side rather than surprise us later in case the final bill was higher, which I appreciated (and there was no change in the end, by the way).
Smart Move charges by the hour and was a little higher than a competitor, but unlike the competitor, Smart Move had no hidden fees and they were able to get our 4 BR move from Tucson to Chandler done in 1 day, and with 1 truck. Other than unloading only a few items in the wrong rooms, they did a great job and I would recommend Smart Move Moving and Storage Tucson based on my experience.
